Purchase method

a) The articles that you wish to buy must be selected and added to the shopping basket by a click on the corresponding icon.

b) The shopping basket will contain the reference of the selected article, its name, size, the colour chosen and the price in the corresponding currency (including tax). The price shown does not include transport as rates vary depending on the country of delivery.

f) Once the transaction is confirmed, an e-mail will be sent to you, containing:

• the order reference number
• description of the order
• the personal information that has been input.

h) The contract for the purchase of a product will be formalised only when we send this e-mail with the purchase and delivery reference number. The Contract shall only cover those products listed in the Confirmation of Delivery.

For orders with a delivery outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged as these countries are exempt. Import duties and clearances are included in the prices.

Transport

Transport of purchased articles will be carried out by an international messenger company and will be delivered within a MAXIMUM OF 15 DAYS.

The transport price is calculated depending on the country of delivery, the garments purchased and the packaging used for its delivery. The exact transport price will be calculated on adding each article to the basket and will appear on the page that summarises the purchase before confirmation of the order by clicking on the “Accept Purchase” button and before input of the credit or debit card data.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASES

If you are buying as a consumer, you will be able to cancel the Contract at any time within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products. In this event, the price paid will be refunded for said products in accordance with the conditions listed below.

Your right to cancel the Contract shall only be applicable to products that are returned in the same conditions as they arrived. They must also include all product instructions, documents and packaging. No refund will be made when the product has been used or has suffered any damage.

This provision does not affect the current regulatory standard rights of the consumer.

Returns in use of the right to cancel the purchase.

To cancel the Contract within the indicated time limit, the product must be sent in the original packaging to BASI SA, Sant LLuc 54-64, 08912 - Badalona (Barcelona) Spain with a list that includes the following information:

• Telephone number and contact e-mail address

The customer will pay the cost of the return transport.

After examining the article, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the paid sums. Refunds will be made as quickly as possible and, without exception, within 30 days of the date on which you notified us of your wish to cancel. Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the purchase. The customer will accept the cost and risk of returning the products as indicated above.

There will be no refunds or exchanges for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or that have been used more than the simple opening of the product.

Returns of defective products

In cases where you feel that, at the time of delivery, the product does not match what is stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately in writing.

This letter must contain the following:

• Name of customer
• Address, including postal code and country
• Order number
• Telephone number and contact e-mail address
• Reason for return

We will then carefully examine the returned product and we will inform you by e-mail if its refund or replacement (as the case may be) is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the article will be carried out as quickly as possible and, without exception, within 30 days following the date on which we send an e-mail confirming that the refund or replacement of the defective product is appropriate.

The sums paid for returned products because of a fault or defect, when there are any, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the article to you and that you have incurred to return it to us. Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the purchase.

These do not affect current regulatory standard rights.

Applicable law

These purchase conditions are subject to Spanish legislation; therefore purchase operations shall be understood to be carried out in the registered office of BASI SA.
